hey I ve got this female friend, cute as hell, and very outgoing. We get along fine and I can tell shes in to me , the thing is shes kinda like dating my friend.I didnt get in the way cause he asked me first, but now my friend says that she is very impredictable, spontaneous and has very weird mood swings. I already knew that and I know that my friend wont be able to take charge in the relationship. So im gonna have a go a at it whenever they break up.Anyone have any tips on how to deal with bipolar kinda like girls(constant mood swings etc). my best method was whenever her mood got out of control just remain calm and don't react to it or point it out. if you frame it so that everything is cool and collected she will eventually calm down. don't repeat it like a mantra or anything though ( EVERYTHING IS OKAY EVERYTHING IS OKAY) just touch her hand and say it once with a soft smile.

surely she realizes she's having mood swings so if you put things in perspective she'll regroup herself.
