Someone told me a new one last night just before I did the cube. If anyone's heard of it before, can you please confirm the routine + the explanations?

Anyway, I started the cube ("Imagine a desert..") and they're like "omg.. is this the rainforest game?"

So I stopped immediately and got them to explain it to me. I was watching Annihilation method the other day and Style mentions how a lot of the routines he does he actually learns off of girls he's sarging. I didn't realise just how true this can be.

-------------------------------------

So basically it's like this:

1) imagine you're moving through a rainforest. Describe it to me - what colours do you see. Is the movement through easy or constricted? Do you have to push your way through things?
2) Okay, now as you move through, you're holding a cup of water.. describe it to me
3) As you're walking, you meet a body of water... what do you do?
4) (depending on your answer), when you hit the body of water (or "as you cross the body of water"), what do you do with your glass?
5) on the other side of the body of water, there's a bear, describe it

So she said:

1) rainforest is your life.. your movement through it describes how you move through life (my answer was "lush and green, the trees seem to move out of my way as I pass")
2) cup of water is the relationships in your life (my cup was full, I was taking casual sips)
3) body of water is your future.. and also obstacles (mine was a smallish stream that I stepped over)
4) she fucked up and didn't ask me the cup of water question at the stream... but again this ties into how you see your relationships in the future. Or women/men in your future
5) I think she said the bear represents the problems in your life (mine was a polar bear, sitting casually... observing me a little curiosly, but without threat (important part))

-------------------------------------

What I would like is a cleaner copy of this.. the girl was having trouble remembering it at the time, so if anyone knows it, please pipe up.

Also, I sometimes find it hard to give honest answers to these things. Not to say I -don't- say the first thing that springs to mind.. but more that I think my subconscious deconstructs the imagery before it provides me with the imagery.. even having never done this test before, I could still hear my voice saying the "right (alpha?) answers... not so much that I'm lying, or that these aren't my real answers... just that as I see the answer, it's almost like I see a big tick mark hanging over the image as if to say "you said the right thing"...

hard to explain, but does anyone else get that problem?

- Dex

I have heard it before but this is the version that I have heard...Similar to you the girls who I got this from had forgotten a few details.

1) Imagine you are walking on a path, and as you are walking on the path you see a fork in the path. One path goes to the right and one goes to the left. Which do you take?

2) You continue on your path and ahead of you is a forest. You enter the forest. Describe your experience.

3) You continue walking. On the ground you see a key. Describe it.

4) You progress and you come across a bear. Describe it.

5) You come across a body of water. Describe it.

6) Next to the body of water is a cup. Describe it.

7) You exit the forest. What do you see. Describe your experience

8) You see a building. What do you do?....What do you see inside?

9) You enter the building. You look outside what do you see?

1) The path that you choose is your compliance with society. Left you are more rebelious, and unique, you take the path less taken. The right, you follow the majority, preffer to be certain and take less risks.

2) The forest is your experience in life. How you feel about it.

3) The key represents you. And how you see yourself

4) The bear repressents your problems. And your feelings and how you see them.

5) The body of water represents your capacity to love.

6) The cup represents your feelings towards romantic relationships.

7) After exiting the forest. The experience represents your view of the Afterlife.

8) The building represents Your achievements and aspirations

9) What you see outside represents your view of the past.

example: what I said
1. It doesnt matter I can go both left or right. Means I am versatile. I can walk the beaten path or the one less taken.

2. The forest was serene and calm, A path is paved for me and its great. I see life as just a calm experience and that I know what I want and I just have to walk it.

3. The key was a golden skeleton key it has a little dirt on it but Just wipe it off and its golden. I am a skeleton key..meaning I believe can open anything, I may look a little dirty but if you get beyond that I am a great guy.

4. I saw a bear, just your basic brown bear. It was not a threat it was just walking towards me. I pause and assess weather it is a threat or not. I stay put.

5. The body of water is a pond. It means that my capacity to love is small. Just the size of the pond. Its serene and calm, it there.

6. My cup was a white paper cup. It means my view of love is that it is disposable, but innocent and pure.

7. I saw a plains of grass, it was cool and a breeze blows. Afterlife is a calm and peaceful

8. It was a tall building. I have the capability to do great big things.

9. I saw the plains of grass that I saw after exiting the forest. I assume it means that I see my past as serene and death-like?

This routine is a bit long but one can obviously shorten it and fit it to their liking. Focus on the emotions felt images.

 Ok lol, ACtually i kknew this one from before , and a girl ran it unto me she told me she learned it from one of those Seventeen mags or stuff.

This routine its quite Felexible cause if u see u are not running it well u can flex it so it can fit unto other routines such as the Cube, THe PAth Analysis or the Tree Routine, that actuall y i found out to be a Great Flex For this ROutine.
