So are you guys good with cats? I need someone who can understand the inner workings of the cat mind. You see, me and my... Ok nowadays ex-GF have a small problem, it is about the size of a kitten and about as furry. (Point at your target, your facial expression just reminded me of that cat.) So, I used to date this girl, she was studying to become a veterinarian, really nice thing to do. Thing was that she always needed to take care of all animals she found, like birds with broken wings, etc etc. And the newest member of the family is a little yellow kitten, it is really cute with stripes and looks like a little tiger. We found it in her backyard and she decided to take it in and give it a new home, perfectly normal I would say. We both love this kitten and it was really great, adjusting to its new life immediately as if it had never lived anywhere else. (Eye contact with the audience.) So now you say, what is the great problem with that... Right?
One week ago my phone rings and it is my ex, she tells me that the cat has suddenly attacked her. I was like, what, no way, you must have accidently stepped on it or something, it just does not attack you for no reason. One day later she calls again with the same story and I was like, hey come on your fucking with me right?
Yesterday she called me again and this time she has found the cause of the problem. She borrowed the Simpsons episode 7 DVDs from a friend and every time the simpsos theme plays the cat goes berserk. I mean really aggressive, it attacks everything in sight and not just playing but actually trying to kill everything in its way.
So what do you make of that guys? My guess is that the cat has some kind of bad memories from a situation when the simpsons were on in the background but my ex thinks that the cat gets annoyed by something in the melody, cats have better ears than us you know...
Or, it is like my brother says, after so many seasons of the Simpsons, it is enough to drive anyone nuts.
