what do I do when we start talking about clothes or what we did today? any advice how to I get back on track to my game?

Just continue the conversation. If you really don't want to talk about such things then change the topic.

Pick up on any word she says that can lead into your next routine. Fluff talk is ok, good for building confidence. I you stick to your protocol too much you lose the will to improvise...
