An HB9 that I have been friendly with since I was a complete AFC (as opposed to a slightly improved one) called me today asking me to come and hang out with her friends at a pool. I said yes and asked for the address before realizing I already had dinner plans. I texted her saying that I was going to eat then call her afterward. I have done both, and she didn't answer the phone.

So what now? I can wait and see if she calls me, I can text her, or I can call again. I don't want to seem needy, but I would really like to meet her friends.

Hahaha I think it's really interesting that I got that advice seeing as I definitely didn't take it. I had dinner plans with my family, to clarify that point. I ended up calling again about an hour later, a mutual female friend of ours answered and said I should come to the original HB's house. I did so and things went very well (it was 95% people I already knew).

There was a party down the street so we all walked down, I ended up # closing 4 girls (should have had a k-close but I didn't isolate when I could have).

As it turns out, my friend is very social and very sweet, and I don't think she could care less about higher vs lower value. Katon, you said I was over thinking and I agree, but I'm learning it's often better not to over think and fill the role of the guy who wants to go out and have fun, rather than be the one working to maintain his status with each girl.
