hey all,

about to have day 2 with this girl I picked up last week, I just got a text from her saying she is running late. This happens often and to all of us so I was just wondering if any of you had any cocky/funny replies for this situation? We could make a handy little list if we get enough suggestions.

ps. currently trying to think of something to reply with so quick replies would be awesome :P

You definitely have to pull this off and let her know it's a joke. Best only if you have some rapport with her already.

Say "So who was he?" and play it up like she was getting busy with some other guy, so was late.
If she recognizes it's a joke and plays along, tell her it's ok because you were busy doing someone else at the time anyways.

Be careful using this one, though...
