Im already one step behind if I have to come here for advice, so ill admit that

but OK. I met a rockin lil girl a few nights ago, we chatted, got to know eachother, had fun, I went back to hers and we had sex together. I didnt stay the night, I got a cab because she lived with her parents. (probably spent 4 hours together in total) .

So the next day I waited and didnt text first. she texted first me at about 4pm asking how my day was etc. so we sent a few back and forth of cute chit chat.

Now I find the problem is.. her texts arent very open, theyre like guy texts. Just a few lines and she wont keep the conversation going at the end with a question. So wtf, do I do from here. I don't wanna keep having to be the one texting and asking shit, even if its quality, just because I feel its too needy, although I have that urge to, because Im into her.

She says she works most nights.. might be true i dunno if its believable. but either way shes playing the hard to get card...

I do wanna see her again. So what do I do from here? to try and meet her for a day 2.

Hey dude. I´ve been in the exact same situation but in a simmilar(she wasn´t working at night).

I usually don´t text girls because i want to avoid that exactly this happnes: She answers your question and thats it.

Call her and tell her that you want to meet her again. Say when and where( maybe you got some special locations). Does she work the whole week at night or does she have some freetime on the weekend? If she doesn´t want to meet you again and it was just a 1-night-stand for here next her (but i don´t think it was just sex for her because otherwise she wouldn´t text you first).

yea youre not wrong about the texting thing.

I decided im going to break contact for 2 - 3 days to not seem desperate or anything

then just hit her up to go on a fun date with me.

I just get the sense if i asked her right now she would make up excuses to not do it like work or whatever

but meh if i give it a few days and give it a shot and at least ill know i tried.

I will always text first the day after sex happened, to show that you value her and didnt just wanna fuck.

But it ends there. Il say something like "your so sexy and beautiful. hows your day going?"

and she will respond. If she asks a question, i respond. if she doesnt, DO NOT RESPOND. and just LET HER CHASE.

guys have the power after sex has happened. but you wanna still make her feel like you didnt just use her. (unless you DID use her and your OK with giving off that vibe). but if you want to see her again, you show genuine value, hence the texting first the day after sex. but after, you become the prize again.
