So I met this girl a couple weeks ago and we seemed to hit it off. Since then I've texted her a bit and hung out with her a few times. She's always responsive to my texts and when we hang out I get IOI's but not enough to feel comfortable in my position. I have a feeling im more of a second or third string. Im just curious about how I should go about pursuing this. Any suggestions?

She's still sussing you out. Just be as attractive and cool (comfortable with yourself) as you can be. Use every opportunity to let her get more interested in you. Can try and DHV by calling her while you're out so she can hear all the fun in the background, but you should have a half decent reason - eg. if you've been trying to get a hold of her for a few days now and it's been about time to catch up and ask her how her weekend's been.

Suggest a date one or two times, let her turn them down if she wants and just keep rolling. Keep buildign comfort with phon convos in the evening. Once she's getting pretty interested in you. she's going to bring up one of those date ideas you suggested.
