| I went to Germany two weeks for vacation and picked up this awesome girl I met in Munich. When I came back home, a girl I had been sleeping with on occasion, but hadn't dedicated myself to, stayed at my house. I found it awkward that she had been there the entire two weeks. I figured for sure she had been doing my roommate.
I didn't have a problem with it. I just wondered if anyone was going to say anything to me about it. I mean this girl is an HB8, we used to fuck and spend a lot of time together. If she was going to be hooking up with someone else I knew, specially my roommate of 6 years (practically my brother), she or him should've confronted me about it. Instead, I had to just assume I was imagining things and that everything was normal. She slept in my bed for the first two nights I was back. On the second night, she sucked me off. She even swallowed.
The next day I found out that I wasn't just imagining things. I brought up to my friend/roommate that the German HB8 planned on coming to see me in two weeks, and it was going to be awkward since my American HB8 was sleeping in my bed still. I was thinking that I was going to have to tell her to go home, thus feeling like I was kicking her out. My friend said that he doesn't think it would bother her. This is when I knew for sure what I had been wondering, so I asked "how would you know?" "Her and me have been hooking up."
And that was it. No apology if my feelings were involved. Not even a friendly "hope you don't mind." No eye contact when he told me either. He actually had this presence about him when he broke the news that kind of said "I'm entitled." While he is the owner of the house I live in and has done much for me over the years, he is still a close friends and I would've liked to of had some disclosure. I simply replied "eh, I kinda figured."
Do I have the moral right to want this out of my friends?

I brought it up to my American HB8 and told her it was cool and that I just wish they had just been straight up to begin with. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about at first, but then just shook her head surprised and blew it off. That night, she took all her things out of my room and moved into his. Just like that. I thought it was pretty sleazy since my room is five feet across from his. I felt pretty disrespected but assumed it was because I acted as if I didn't care at all.
Of course I didn't care while I was gone, but right in front of me? C'mon.. I would've given it a week out of the house if I were going to do something like that. That way it wasn't such a slutty looking deal. I mean, she swallowed me the night before and was in bed making out with my roommate.
The next morning, I brought it up to him before he took off to work. I asked "don't you think that's a little too close for comfort?" "It's a little awkward, but I think your making too big of a deal about it," he replied. I felt I was more than cool about it with both of them even when they were going to try and hide it. I informed him that I hope he wasn't becoming attached because her and I hooked up when I got back from Germany. He didn't seem too happy about that. I then asked that she not be at our house when we're working on our record (he's a recording engineer, I'm a recording artist). "We'll see how it goes," he said.
The next day he tells my other roommate and I that he's moving out and we need to be out of the house A.S.A.P. He said that the house wasn't worth paying on anymore. I agree, but there were solutions. He just decided all of the sudden that he wanted to wash his hands of everything. He hadn't been paying on the house and it foreclosed, but we all still had a year here.
My friend/roommate of 6 years decided to speed up the process and accept $5000 from the government to vacate the property, so we all have to be out by Dec. 6th.
He set himself up at a new place by himself and didn't invite me to move in with him for obvious reasons. I guarantee that girl we were both plowing will be there leading him on into something she can't follow through with. In the meantime, I'm trying to do what I can to keep the place we're in because it's an awesome house. All we need is to replace my friend who is leaving and invite someone else in to help and we'll be set. We'll be paying less than we did with our friend now.
The problem is: my friend accepted $5000 to leave the property. That is suppose to include everyone in it, but this is a different situation. My friend didn't include us as residents of his house but I can bear proof that we were. The money is suppose to be for all of us to help get us into a new place.
The real estate agent said we might get to stay there, but she doesn't know if my friend would get the money. If we ended up screwing him out of $5000, he probably would discontinue our work which would be tragic. I'm hoping there is a way that we can rent the house and John receive his leaving money. That would be the best case scenario for everyone at this point.
Does anyone in the community know what I should be doing right now to save my friendships and my house?? Or just any friendly advice or comments? It would be greatly appreciated!!
