I'm getting pretty gd at number closing now but am getting a really high flake rate, any tips on how to stop having girls flake on me?

If you don't build rapport before you number close, you're going to get a VERY high flake rate. Two of the best ways to reduce the flake rate are to build more rapport (obviously), or get info other than a phone number, such as an email address. Alternatively you could try texting instead of calling initially, or even the trick where you take your target to several "mini-dates" in order to rapidly build a bunch of fake rapport.
