Same thing here. I'd try a freeze out. What I did, was just being normal, kissing her and everything but at some point just stop completely. I just acted normal, we watched a movie at my house but I didn't try anything. After two, or three hours she initiated a kiss.

If the kiss is this "thing" that you "do" at the end of the date that you have to think about and basically force her to do, then you are not making her comfortable enough using KINO.
