Ok guys, there is this HB9, she's the daughter of my mom's boyfriend. She comes to my home very often and sometimes sleeps here. I know here for almost 8 months, we are very good friends but we also have a LOT of conflicts. She's very flirty and needs a lot of attention, and she's used to have every guy at her feet. So I was acting the opposite, like if I had no interest in her, for a long time. I thought it was good to do that, because she would think why this guy is not into me. But the problem is that our relation stayed the same for a long time.

We had a serious conflict, and after that she didn't come to my house for almost 2 months.

SO, I called her, told her that I miss her and she can come this week-end. We hanged out all the evening with some friends. I used a lot of kino, she even kissed me on my cheek at one point, lots of IOI, but I can't kiss close or even show more interest in her.

BTW she's 14 and im 17, and sometimes I act like she's my lil sister. AND she did make out with one of my friend like 4 months ago. I asked him how he did, and he told me by showing a lot of interest and giving her attention.

What do you think? Im I already in her friend zone? If I am, how can I get out?

Hey man, I've been in this type of situation before... hanging out with someone who you've known for a while and never escalated with. I find at this point it's really hard to take it anywhere, and most of the time it won't work. If I were you I wouldn't bother even trying dude she's really young and it would be weird if your mom kept seeing this guy. Hope this helps man, good luck.
