Basically this girl is telling me that she is very horny and she told me to come over. She's the type of girl that will do this kind of stuff to try and get you to fall for it. But at the same time she can be serious about it? What's a safe way to find out if she is serious? Basically what I did so far is talk about it and say some cocky funny things. Then i told her I had to go out to eat with a friend that came in from California, and she could text me if she wants.

I was thinking I should text her to ask her a question completely unrealated like "I'm trying to decide if i want to go to our school's football game tonight. Any idea if i'd be worth it?" And motion into our previous conversation if she seems like she was serious.

If she did in fact give you a number, I'd say you use a canned opinion opener, a decent one at that..and do as you said by motioning into your previous convo.
