Hey guys,

Pretty new to gaming and am really trying to improve my inner game and be more natural but was hoping I could get some input:

So there is this girl at work that I have been gaming for a while. I pretty much always do some C&F around her. Shes always receptive towards my jokes and laughs a bit. She always tries to get close to me at work and whenever I touch her she touches me back. I see her staring at me a bit at work as well from the corner of my eye.

Now the problem is getting her to hang out outside of work.

Ive had a couple of parties at my place that I've invited her too and she always flakes on showing up. Ive invited her out to get coffee and see a movie too but she is always busy with her other job. Whenever I've asked her when she is free she never gives me an answer.

I may also be screwing things up cause I've only been texting her.

So how should I go about asking her out again without seeming needy? Should I just give her a call instead of a text?

Everything this girl does towards me makes me think shes interested but I don't know if she just likes the attention I give her, or she is just playing hard to get.

I feel like just asking her about it and telling her I'm not interested in playing these games with her but I think that would come across as AFC.

Any advice is appreciated!

How often do you flake on something you really want to do?

Stop talking to her and see if she reinitiates. And for the love of god, stop texting.
