Hey so I went a date with a girl (HB8) from work a week ago. Went well (stargazing on the beach), lots of negs, kino but no kiss close (mistake 1). Anyway, since then we've talked in work, flirty but general fluff, no reference to the date as we only really get to talk for a few minutes at a time.
Text her (mistake 2?) a cf to ask how her night was, and inform her she owes me the second half of the film we were watching (she had to leave for work). She replies answering my question about her night out but no mention of the film. Possible blur?
Can this be rectified? I'm new to this so all constructive criticism is welcome!

I don't think you can really call them mistakes, there learning curves.

It's too early to really determine anything so continue with the conversation and build on that. When the conversation hits a high, say to her, you have an evening free next week, is she gonna come round and finish the film with you? If she says she cant, then just say "i'll let you know how it goes!" and then leave it a while.

Then in person chat and go for a different close then, such as theres a new restaurant and you want to check it out on weekend.
