Well it seems obvious that you are both interested and it seems like she is telling you exactly what you just said, make your move now or she will move on because she isn't going to wait on you forever. So man up and create some sexual tension and go for the kiss before your friend beats you to it!

We went out to the bar last night and they didn't talk, although did text later in the night after he was a jerk to her but she made sure I knew that he was fucking up. She made sure to tell me she noticed me talking with a few other girls there, and I did give her casual attention just didn't overwhelm her. Anyways, she wants to hangout sometime soon she said. I do not want to end up in the friend zone and I would have went for a close if she wasn't "talking" with this guy. I want to let her know I'm down to see what can happen between us, just don't know how to play this one.
