Right, the story is that I hit the clubs yesterday with some mates and had some great fun, especially in the one club. It was the kind of club which is all about dancing, so the music is too loud to actually have a conversation (even exchanging names is difficult). Thankfully I'm a pretty solid dancer and after having danced with a couple of chicks I ended up dancing with this HB7.5.
We ended up dancing for quite a long time (like on and off through-out an hour or so), mainly because we were having so much fun, since both of us were quite adept at running push-pull on each other while dancing. (I think we were more or less equal in the pull department, maybe a 60/40 edge in her favour).
The only slight problem was that I never did kiss-close fully, even though we had a lot of intimacy going on. I'm not sure if I misread the situation, but she didn't seem 100% up for making out, so I didn't make a full move for it (since I was quite happy with the dancing since I was having so much fun).
Anyway, shortly before the club closed she gave me her number (without me asking for it), which I felt was my que to leave.

I'm pretty confident that I'm in with this girl, but phone game is probably the aspect of dating I have the least experience with overall. Furthermore I looked up her number online and it seems that she might not actually live in the same city as me. (if the online data was correct she's about an hours drive from my city, which is the capital).

So my question is:
1. Where should I aim to set up a meeting, with the aim of trying to get the kiss-close out of the way (so it doesn't become an obstacle). ?

and
2. How should I go about it if she infact lives out of town?
