number closed within 30 minutes, but I'm honestly taking way too long to get anywhere with this.

it's been 8 days since the N close, we haven't hung out, she flaked today. I stopped by her place a couple days ago to chat and shit for a couple minutes then I left, no kiss-close because her mom was watching us. she's getting cold IMO, and I'm not really sure how to handle the situation.

girl is 16, I'm 17.

need to get her to stop flaking.

pros: whenever she talks to me, it's really quick and she seems to be reaching to start a new topic as soon as the current one dies. she's nervous.
cons: flakes, doesn't text first, pretty bitchy.

I was thinking I need more push and less pull, but I'm not sure how to handle this.
