First of all, in most number close situations you want her to get your number first, as it sets a good frame. However, if you have her number i would definitely text her immediately saying who you are. Wait a few days before you lay game/push for day 2, but give her your number immediately. Since otherwise you will probably have to deal with the "who are you" in a few days, and that sets the frame that you're a desperate guy pushing for a random girl who doesnt even know who you are, which is obviously a bad frame.
