I have been running gaming (cocky funny mainly) on a co worker (were both lifeguards at a pool) HB8 and having great success even though several guys are also after her as well. I passed by saying I was a better stripper and challenging her to a strip off. Also she told me " I dont have a boyfriend don't wont to date ore have a relationship......and im not a lesbian" i.e. lets hook up!

So everything is in place but the problem is I have never kissed a girl before ( im 19) I only see her at work I am apprehensive about kissing.

lol - the only way to learn it is to do it. If you don't have the convenience of a long time female friend who would be willing to let you try on her and give you feedback (if she's really your friend, this is totally possible, depending on how close you are), then you're just going to have to go in guns blazing and hope for the best. That's how we learn everything. You're 19, she's not going to expect James Bond.

Closest way I can describe is, one persons lip goes between the other's lips, and you kind of make repeated motions like that, kissing their top and bottom lip. That's a really rough guide - you got to just feel your way through, that's the only way it works.

If she's as young as you then it's unlikely she did it for any decent length of time - probably gave it a quick go then bailed. If she really did do it for a decent amount of time, then the standard of guys that were hitting on her there were very low, they don't know how to treat girls - that's why they're there.
So none of this should be a problem for your ego.

What it DOES tell you though, are some really good things. She's comfortable with her body - no stupid hang ups. She's a good dancer (i.e. good stamina, very flexible.... you know what I'm talking about), and she's a bit of an exhibitionist - that is always a plus in my book. I like to get out there and have fun, put on a bit of a show for everyone, helps if the girl I'm with is onboard with that - we might be doing things in front of everyone, eg. dancing, telling a funny story together, doing some playful banter... etc.
