I work as a bartender in a nightclub. 2 Saturdays ago I was working and 2 hb's came in. They were talking to each other for a while, many guys came up to them and hit on them but with no success. I asked them If they wanted another drink they said no thanks. They called me over to give them their bill, when I handed them their bill I said "too bad you two are leaving I didn’t even get a chance to talk to you. She and her sister introduced themselves and said they had to meet friends at another place but I should call her. She wrote down her num and left.

The next day I txted her saying "it was nice to meet you and your sister last night. She didn’t respond. So about a hour later she still didn’t respond. So I remembered from the night before she said my name was hot. So I said "I think with a hot name like ..... I should get a response. About a min later she said "sorry I have a terrible hang over from last night"
We made a little small talk and then I said "when we are both free we should get together"
hb9: "yah, just let me know when you can pencil me in "

We txted another day - just small talk, however to my last txt she did not respond, so I said nothing more.
Then the next morning she txted me and said "sorry for not txting back but I fell asleep" and I did not respong.

Then 2 days ago we talked - found we had some stuff in common and talked about school.

I always started the convo and sent the 1st message, except for the time she apologized
What should I do now? Ask her out for this Friday or wait till next week to ask her out for the following Friday?

I was thinking if I ask her out this week it seems like I keep txting her and am doing all the work. If I wait and not text her at all till next week, ill show her that i have other shit going on and she’s not at the top of my list and maybe she'll text me.

What do you guys think? also comments on any part of my game would be good too.

yo man im in the same boat right now the no response first text then she responded telling me she was studying with school and stuff and then monday i texted her very small talk and then there was no response after however she didnt text me back the next day so i held off of not talking to her at all until weds sent her a small text just to show im interested but im not coming on to strong text simply said good luck with your mid terms and she responded back almost immediately heyy thanks soo much have fun on your trip:) i said thanks if only i could have fun being driven like a slave..(im leavign for work tomorow) so she texted back right away and with a little humor she said thats why i said have fun:P and i texted her back saying well i have to run and you should get back to studying so goodluck again and she texted back saying thanks have fun!! now im going to wait let her finish her exams party it off give her a call sunday and get all her information and start my mid game with her i think you should wait and not ask about this weekend if anythign if your working as a bartender you should throw her a text saying im stuck at the bar this weekend you and your girls should swing by and she will respond dont respoind back unless she asks a question you dont want to come on to strong wait until the tuesday or weds of next week to make plans for the weekend

It only matters how you do it. If you ask permission to go out, that's bad. If you say you're going somewhere to have fun and she can come, that's better. And then after you get along well, it's time to ask her out one on one. Keeping in mind the frame is that YOU want to get to know her, you are running the show. make plans. then invite her along. otherwise-you're the bartender. she knows where you work. if you stop talking to her for a bit she'll pop in on one of your shifts. tell her you'll meet up when you get out, or if you can have her stay while you close up so you can take her home.
