hi guys, im curious as to knowhow to pull this off with girls around my age range.

bearing in mind im southeast asian and living in a society where kissing is usually best left for relationships.

are there IOIs i would have to look out for? i need to know.

I don't think the age or location matters... if she wants to kiss you, you will "know". It's the stuff leading up to that - I think it's all the same whether she's 16 or 36. Make her feel comfortable, get her to feel attraction for you, take charge and control the situation... all the usual stuff...
