i think he means asking her out on a date. every PUA is different when it comes to approaching girls who are already taken. i personally don't make any moves on girls who are already taken because i believe in karma. but if she's hot, i'd still be close to her and see if she's willing to break up with her bf for me. but i'd never make a girl cheat on their bf. again, this is just me.

If the girl values her bf,she won't fucc around and should know better than to be giving out #'s.
