Hi. I'm a total newbie, and I've only got a few phone numbers so far. Now this one girl gave me her number and I texted her the next day. We sent about 5 texts up and back in which we were kind of "role playing". The thing is, she never responded to my last text, and I was just about to invite her out with me. Should I take that as an IOD? If so, how do you recover from an IOD during this phase of the game. I know normally you would DHV or neg her, but it feels a little "out of left field" to just throw a neg at her the next day via text. The other option is just to invite her out anyway, but that feels like beta behavior after an IOD. What should I do?

dont appear needy... dont text her back... within 24 hours... wait... thats all you can.doo.. you always want her to end the text conversation if your gunna text haha or something like that and not text anything after that... dont text ha... just end it...

keep your head straight dont seem needy... never text back immediatley unless you text her first and she responds immediately

But so now do I have to start a whole other text conversation with her before I invite her out, or can I just send a text a day later saying "Hey what are you doing wed? Grab some coffee/tea?"?

dont think about going out think about just conversation going out will come in time...

started it with a play name like .. HEY DORK!!!

then you ask her a question... like what trouble are you gettin in to somethin like that...

she will ask you what your doing... say something interesting...

after building rapport in the conversation... say you should take me out to coffee on wednesday or dinner on friday its your choice...

Hey guys, didn't want to start a new thread, so i'll just post it here:

I number closed a girl a day or so ago and was texting her today and yesterday. The conversations would go pretty well and were energetic, however at one point she would just give a one word response and I wouldn't respond. Yesterday she initiated and today I did. (Used a good opener) Once I wouldn't respond, conversation = over.

I'm a bit rusty on my texting game, so I'm wondering if I am looking to deep into this or is their some sort of significance?
