Again I must say I really like what you are saying Rex Style!

I just want to make an addition.. Challenging girls to do anything is a great way to make them do it.
I work as a personal trainer and when one of my female clients sit down on the floor ready to give up I tell them something like "I bet you couldn't do ten more pullups even if you tried as hard as you can"
And 9 out of 10 times the bitch will be off her sweaty ass doing pullups!

Another similar line I use a lot is that if a girl is scared or laim and doesn't want to do a fun idea I came up with, I tell her in a cocky, looking-down kinda way "what you have never taken a risk before?"
It always works!
