Hey Jimmy,

Just wondering what you suggest I put in the first text to the girl I n-closed in Covent Garden? Never got on to anything big, just kept conversational. point smaybe to note, she had been working at London fashion week on a stall or something (can't remember). Got on to saying what I did the night before (Jewel then Café de Paris) which she said she'd never been to so I said I was probably going back that night so she should join. Then the fumble with the phone.

This is my general point by point for follow ups. It’s worked for me 95% of the time.

Go somewhere interesting to make the call.

Call her. Don't introduce yourself.

Say 'hey, you'll never guess where I am, it's amazing....' - then describe it with passion. Let her know your life is busy and interesting.

Ask what she's been up to. Get into a very brief conversation and DHV yourself as you respond.

Tell her you're going to take her for milkshakes at your favourite place, then quickly move onto another DHV story.

Then tell her you have to go or you're going to be late for something important.

Say goodbye and that you'll speak later.

I do this every single time. It took practice, but now it works almost every time.
