Ask him what he wants in a girl. If he doesn't know them tell him to write it down and figure it out. If you meet the qualifications then tell him. I meet those. Do you want to ask me out? If he says no then you will feel like shit, but remember you meet his qualifications. He is just incredibly scared of rejection.
