I number closed this girl at a bar in the beginning of August, then went travelling for a few weeks. I am now trying to set up a day 2 to see her. We have been texting regularly, not especially flirty I'm afraid. I've invited her on casual day 2's over text message, but it seems scheduling issues are getting in the way.

me: sup have you seen inglorious basterds?

her: nope not yet!

me: wanna see it tomorrow?

her: blah maybe next time, my friend is visiting today and tomorrow and she's staying at my place. we should all kick it though!

I'm wondering how I should proceed. Should I continue trying to set up fun things to do with her, or should I sit back and let her take some of the initiative?

i was in a similar predicament like 2 weeks ago, i left the girl alone for a while (i had a shit ton of work to get done), and just recently started up the conversation with her again. asked her out for a trip to the mall she was down.
