Alright, so here's my dilemma: There's this girl that I've known for several years(about an 8 blond and in shape) , we're classmates, but we never really got to know each other. I mean like the kind of person you call up years later because you went to school together in need of a favor. So today I decided to ask her out for a little date, just coffee, which led into a long walk and playing in the rain. No close of any kind, I already had her number, but we did hug. So a little while after I dropped her off, she starts texting me, telling me in subtle ways that she liked me, until I convinced her to just outright say it. But as our conversation progressed, she felt confused by this, as she's never thought of me this way since I had been the class clown until I picked up the Game. So here I am, she's just given me the whole Friend Speech, which I responded with a "alright I understand, but we could still be more then friends". So now I'm asking the PUAs of the net how to date her, I not looking for a simple f close on this one.

It sounds like she's telling you that she likes you now but doesn't like if you are how you were those years ago. You're not, so just carry on as normal. You've had one good date, so have another. She will come around.
