the sooner you get over her the better; as hard as it sounds the best thing for you to do is to move on to bigger and better things; when she see's you do that she may want you again but by then you should be doin your own thing; if you do really like her you should remain friends with her and have her introduce you to other girls and flirt in front of her; whatever you do, just don't be her bitch haha

To put it frankly, you're being too needy. You're asking her, when she would like to try again. Girls are not attracted to guys they can control.
You've given her too much power and shes lost attraction because of that.
You need to shift you attention away from her as if nothing ever transpired between you two. Your only shot to bring her back is to be indifferent and then be a standup man if she comes back. Both of which are fairly drastic changes and will likely take longer than the time you have left with this girl.

Lead the girl, dont look to her for leadership. Girls resent a guy who does not lead.
