So I meet a girl at a club, number close her, now what? NOTHING seems to be working for me. I assume I come off VERY needy.

How long to wait to call her after I meet her?
What attitude do I have during phone convo?
How long should the convo last?
When and how do I ask her on a date?
When to open up more of myself?

Theres probably a good book on that stuff, if anyone knows of one, let me know?

The way you ask her nr. is important in this one. If you have a nice convo and you ask her 'can I have your nr.' you come over as needy. It's better to already arrange something before you ask her nr. for example:

You: Do you like arts/cinema/whaterver?
Her: Yes, I love it
You: Figure out a little more about her interest in it and then say: There is a new expostion in the Art Museum, I have seen some pictures and red an article about it, it looks awesome. have you seen it?
Her: No
You: me neither, we should go there to see it.
Her: yes
You: Next saturday I could go there, give me your nr.
Her: 48475498461

Don't go away directly after you got her nr. Talk for a few minutes more.

I think you are overcomplicating the situation too much! I would say that there is no right or wrong answer to those questions. Just do what feels comfortable.

Also why do you want a LTR, list the reasons? (I am not saying they are bad or anything just wondering why people get so hung up on wanting them, and to help in the development for you.)

Continuation, met a girl fri night, got EXCELLENT vibes from her. This is how the day 2 txt went (and yes, I'm very fucking frusterated)

Her: Whose this but hell ya i agree!
Me: Lol Adam
Her: Hey! Ya dude z texted me earlier bout it n i was like fuck my life! But i hope ya'll have fun!!
Me: Lol ull be 21 soon enough..me n z r hangin at her place mon...we think u should come

and NO response...the original text messages were 2 minutes apart, and that was 6 hours ago, so no excuses for "maybe she just got busy"

No, that is why I was asking! But if you cannot put your finger on it fair enough.

You probably did not build enough comfort or rapport. It is fair enough getting a girls number (that is the easy part), making sure that she remembers you is a lot more advanced.

She clearly did not recall Adam, but maybe if you recall something you guys were doing, talking about etc this might refresh her memory in future "Oh yes Adam how can I forget, you were so mean with your little sly insults but you were so cool" etc.

She doesn't sound interested hence no reply possibly because you missed the comfort etc so move on.
