The other night I had isolated this girl from the rest of all our people, actually, she did most of the isolating, so I knew I was doing well so far. I was grabbing her some water, she had been drinking and wanted to sober up to drive.

She sat in a chair and I walked behind it and casually started to give her a back/shoulder massage, which she was loving given the facial expressions. After a little bit, I leaned over from the back of the chair and started to kiss her, which ensued for close to 10 seconds, at which point she pulled away and said "oh, you're so clever! With the massage right into the kiss..." Like she was assuming trickery. Kissing did not continue...

Now to the point- Should I have done the pulling away 1st to leave her wanting more and not display over-interest? Should I have taken a different approach, like massage 1st, kiss test 2nd?

I've dissected most of the scenario to think back on what I could have changed / could change for the future....

Just wanted all your thoughts on it.
