Rubbing is generally more of a sign of attractive, she is rubbing imagining being cuddled up to u again.
The only really defining cuddle is the cuddle to kiss, where u hug for a bit and then she kisses u on the cheek or lips, thats the "im not slutty but heres my signal I like you" kinda job.
I wouldnt stress 2 much on hugs, alot of people just see them as being friendly. Most girls I know run up to me for a hug, I dont read much by it other than they enjoy my company and happy to see me again

Some chicks like to rest a hand on the stomach/abs area coming out of the hug and like keep close to you(especially if your tall and they are short, its in their area). Just watchin for little shit like that will make all the difference. Do not be stupid and just try to walk out of it pissed because you didnt opt for a kiss and received a hug, hang around...alot of times if shes interested she'll be reluctant to let go.
Usually a hug should be just a gentle exchange...almost like a handshake correct? Basically if anything more is relevant then its a good sign.
