Met a girl last night, I was by myself having a few beers, her and a some guys were standing around smoking. They went back to their table and i opened her up and she stayed to talk for 5 minutes saying she had to get back to the birthday table.

They all came back to smoke again, again we started talking and this time she stayed for another cigeratte so we chatted for 10 minutes, i negged her a few times (she did not take one of them to well) and she then returned to her table to the party. She then went to the toilette and when she came out I just flat out asked for her number and told her I was leaving.

She rolled her eyes up and looked unsure and i said 'it will be worth your while!' and she replied 'ohh what the hell' then she gave me the number.

Her hesitance to give me the number makes me unsure about calling her.

I feel like i need a great intro on the phone....usualy i would go with something like 'hi, im that handsome guy you met at bar x the other night' and so on

any suggestions?

Here is the bottom line on this number close.

You didn't get much chance to talk to her. You were able to start on attraction and get some negs in. Some of which you might have over negged because of her response. Plus her response to you asking for her number wasn't good.

My thought is basically this. She's attracted to you some. But then again she's attracted to a lot of guys. She doesn't really know anything about you at all. You don't really have any solid comfort built up with her. You'll need to get comfort built with her in order to take this from phone calls and text messages to a date.

Otherwise, she'll have the idea "What am I going to talk about with this guy when I meet him or he calls me? I don't know anything about him." And that is what you are up against with getting a number close so early in the interaction.

You can make it work but you are going to have to use the phone as a tool to establish rapport and trust with her. Then after that setup a date and rock out!
