Alright, so I went out last night (the first time in a long time)and met a hb7 bartender. It was her first time working at a club i use to go to frequently. I ran the handshake routine on her, c vs u routine, and a few others and eventually number closed. she said i was cute and that she would love to dance with me but she cant while she was working and offered another time. she gave me some kino and i did and she kept coming to me all night. A few IOIs here and there but she had to go around trying to sell her drinks to ppl. She knew I was underage so its not like she was using me to buy a drink cause she knew i couldnt, and i dont drink anyway. She's not 21 herself. But the problem is I dont go out that much anymore and I work 5 days on 5 days off, and I dont know what to say when I call her, I mean I NEVER have problems talking to females on the phone that I game, but I've never gamed a bartender, What should I say when i call? Im just drawing a blank today for some reason. And its not her cell phone its her house number, so brothers what do you all think I should say?

Well if you’ve won her over and you’ve build a emotional connection, just build comfort. Tell her stories, lace them with DHV, stay up talking about your life and her life, talk about anything, let her get to know the real you and invest. Then at the end schedule a dinner date.

Your first problem is there. You're assuming that because she's a bartender, she different to other girls. Why do you think that? If you don't usually have trouble talking with 'other' girls, think of her exactly the same as them, cos that's exactly what she is. Just use it as another topic to talk on. Tell her you've got some awesome bottle spinning tricks that she would love and could use to impress people while serving. If you can learn some, awesome, if not, just do some lame ones and get her to show you some.

When you call her no matter who answers say:
"Hi Its (your name), is X there"
If a guy answers befriend him over the phone in a non-intrusive way then ask for the girl.
If another girl (not your target) answers then this is your best case scenario! Capitlise on it, game her, show her your interesting. I cant tell you how much easier it is if the person who lives with the target likes you.
If Target is not home, whatever you do DONT leave a message. Just say it was a pleasure talking and that you must go. If she says leave a message, just politely say no. It will leave question marks. The target will wonder why you called and the girl will think your intriguing.
When you finally get the target on the phone, you'll need to re-initiate why she gave you her number in the first place - because your an intersting guy.
Something like: "You'll never guess what my niece/little sis/little cousin did today!" Say something how shes only 4 but her teacher told you she was chatting up boys in the playground.
Then focus on building rapport, have a short chat, then say you would "love to continue this convo lets get together this week". Work out how interested she is then be firm set a time and a place. If she cant do that time give two other options, still no luck, terminate the convo and try again in a couple of days or move on.
