Hi Guys

I met this HB7 the other day on a night out. I hadn't intended to be sarging, but my mates were playing darts, which holds no interest for me at all, so I saw her and her friend in a 2 set and approached.

I get the feeling it was a good sarge. I opened with a natural opener: Sorry guys, but I hate darts...you guys look much more fun" I disarmed the other girl, but really wasn't interested in her beyond that, and her friend came along anyway which was great because that left me and the HB isolated.

So we started talking about New Years and how we break resolutions. I found out her big thing was dance, and so we I took the frame and said she had to teach me like 10 things about dancing - but I needed a good teacher and I wasn't sure if she was upto it...etc. She starts qualifiying herself and I pretend as if she is bringing me round to the ideal. This goes on for about 10 more minutes, and then there is lots of kino etc. She evern borrows her friends camera to photograph us together, which I guess is a big IOI. (Photo arms round etc)

Shortly after this her freind + the new girl came back and said they wanted to go. I gave her my mobile and said we were going to hook up. She gave me her mobile and phone number (because she didn't have service at home) and I said he have to shake on it as I but she's one of those flirt divert girls. Again, she qualifies and says shes not, says "its a date" and we hug + kiss on cheek. All in about 10 mins so I was quite happy with a solid set and my mates were pretty amazed! (I don't normally sarge with other guys).

The next day I tried to give her a ring on her mobile, but no answer. So I text her, and said I didnt want her to be one of those girls numbers you have but don't speak to again (DHV) That she should give me a ring and did she have a good rest of the night? And that I hadn't worn a leotard in ages but promised I looked good in one!

Her reply was just "Yeh lol was good. Hope you had a good New year xx"

So where did this go wrong? I was annoyed because I was pleased with it in terms of game and have got k and f closes on worse game. I figure maybe she was out of state and it was her ASD kicking in the next day. Is there any way to resurrect this without chasing?

I would give it another 5-7 days and call for lunch. If she doesn't answer or call back, delete her.

I am just curious to know why she flaked and if I could have prevented it??

You guys didn't have concrete plans. Make concrete plans in a few days, then see what happens.

There are 1000 reasons why she could have flaked, none of them YOUR fault. Plus, you know girls like to play silly little games even when they are totally into you, so don't sweat it.

Take Silly's advice, if things don't pick up after your next attempt, forget her.

This is the reason for the flake. By itself the DHV statement is ok but when you couple it with telling her to call you and asking how she felt you showed too much concern for her. Next time try to be more playful and immediately go back into the frame you had her in the last time you spoke.
