i like to give girl's a teasing pet name so that they try to come up with one for me. that usually helps. another thing to do is when you are n-closing have her put in your name with an exclamation point or smily or something.

This isn't the end of the world, she could have been teasing you like Sexcellent said.

I actually, when girls don't return my text/call after a good amount of time I delete them off my phone so I know when they call back I can now save her for good. You can also build suspense like even if you had a kickass time when you gave her your number say like "I know last time I couldn't leave such a memoriable impression of me, but if you can keep up there is always a next time!" I've never used it, just throwing it out there lol. Rough draft.
