Went downstairs to the building cafe for lunch. I walked in and [thought] out loud "hhhmmmm, what do I want for lunch". I was standing just in front of a (HB with my back turned to her. I turned in asked her what was good and she told me what she was having. I commented on that and then asked if she worked in the building (people come from other buildings to eat in ours). We talked about her job for about a minute.

I knew she was about to get her food and be gone, so I decided to go for the close.

ME: "So do you come down here to eat very often?
HER: Yeah, a pretty good bit"
ME: Well, you should take my number and we'll meet down here for lunch sometime.
HER: [smiling] Sure! But, oh I don't have my phone.
ME: Let's find something to write it on

She found a pen and asked the cashier for a piece of paper. She wrote her name and number on it and handed it to me. She then said "what's your name again?" I busted her balls for a second, told her my name, and wished her a good day.

When I got back upstairs I send a text that said "Hey, this is Clint...or Bob, whatever you can remember "

And that's, that. I'm starting to catch on to this PUA stuff
