I am working on this girl and I know she is interested, however because of the distance (live in different cities) and her work schedule I haven't been able to have a real date with her yet so no Kino or anything (she is family of a friend)
We have talked (once) on the phone and have texted. I know I might not be able to be on a real date with her for maybe 2 or 3 weeks so how do I keep her interested and on her toes?

Texting twice or three times a week (no more than 4 or 5 texts?)
Calling once or twice a week (less than 15 minutes conversations?)
sexual jokes in SMS?

Is it possible to still make steps forward without physical interaction or should I just be on hold until we can actually go out?

I would appreciate any advice.
