I have a colleague who always finds an excuse to talk to me. We were chating on Facebook and she told me to meet together. Of course, I agreed. We met in a coffe shop and she started telling me about that she's unfaithful to her boyfriend (they live together). She admitted to have cheated many times. I didn't see that one coming to be honest, but she was "kinoing" me a lot, so I decided to take her to a different place in a public park and I told her that I liked her and I tried to kiss her. But she didn't go with the flow and told me that I'm not her type and that sort of things.

My doubt is, if she doesn't want to have sex, then why did she tell me to meet and told me her cheating stories?

You are her psychologist or gay friend. She can talk to you about all things, say what she wants, and be totally herself because you are totally safe. Next time have her over for a movie, don't tell her you like her, show her instead by escalating and come back writing a lay report, instead of a question.
