I started bartending at some pub and met a cool girl which is waitress over there (an 18 yrs old hot blond). As she first came in she made a strong eye-contact with me. As soon as my shift ended I directly asked for her phone and since then we were texting for about two hours each day until we dated for the first time. The first date was nice, it lacked kino thought and I got a refuse for the kiss.
She kept showing interest and investment by text and we kept talking. 4 days after the first date I told her I would pick her up after her shift. She agreed and so at night I picked her up. We sat at the park, had some random talk, then drove back to her house and remained in the car. The sexual tension and the kino was high and I went for the kiss. We made out for about 15 minutes untill I cut it off and told her good night (couldn't escalate more, we were outside her home, and she live with her parents, she is 18 as I said.)

Since that day I notice lack of investment from her side, When I suggest to see each other after the shift of one of us depending who works, she either doing something else or not up to that late. From the other side, she keeps sending me strong eye-contacts and sometimes being flirty or seeking for attention by the way she speeks. Even at one evening when she worked I went over to that pub with my friends, and I didn't open sets because it would be inappropiate to do it infront of her since we're kinda dating. But when I effortlessly turned my back and made an attractive conversation with some HB's around me a friend of mine told me she was staring at me.

Well, I thought that the best would be to directly ask her what is up. Either she is into it or not, I don't wanna waste my time.

So I texted her what is up and if she would be interested to meet sometime soon. She replied that she has a feeling that it is too early for her because she just broke up with her ex and it is still wierd for her, and she doesn't want to offend. I replied that it's alright and no side had offended.

I met her again and the night shift. She still sends some eye-contact's from time to time and I enjoy the "flirty" vibe with her and with all the other beautiful waitresses Time to make a move on the other girls
