I met this girl at my party, and we are supposed to hang out tomorrow night. She texts me today, "What time did you want me to come over tomorrow night?" An hour later I respond, "How, how about around 9. Good?" She responds 20 minutes later, "Sure maybe, I might be hanging out with Johana (mutual friend) but that will be earlier." 2 minutes later I respond, "You're hanging out with her all night?" She hasn't responded and its been over 5 hours. Any suggestions?

That sounds like earlier to me... Not all night.

She wasn't especially clear, but you need to read and understand before replying.
