Firstly you should keep in mind "don't fuck it up".
This means stay away from any big gimmicks or some large orchestrated plan. Act natural basically.
As soon as she shows up express interest. Don't worry about the whole "am I negging her correctly" or "do I need to DHV at this point" section of game. This girl is attracted and she invited herself over. When a girl does that she expects you to flirt and hit on her.
Don't over compliment her, but a good compliment "wow, you look amazing, I was gonna wear the same thing but it looks better on you I think" right through the door would be nice. It lightens the mood and lets her know that you are also in to her. Some guys would say that you should let her invest in you first, but she already did that by reaching out to you on facebook and then inviting herself over.
