Today I got off work early, so I stopped by a local eatery. When I approached the counter (hb6 at register) I noticed a hickey on the girls neck and made a joke about it, she laughed. I then proceeded to find a seat, not even 5 minutes later the girl from the counter came and sat down with me. She started sayin how her friend (working in the back) thought i was super hot and that her friend wanted her to give me her (girl in back) number. So we talk a bit, we have good conversation like she is basically trying to find things i have in common with her friend. then she says that the girl was gonna come say hi. She comes by, is a hb7-8 and kinda shy, I could tell she was nervous.

*note* i havent done many approaches, but lately ive been working on my relaxed cool and c/f attitude.**

I say hey to her, she says hi and immediately breaks eye contact and starts talking to her friend (counter girl).
counter girl started tellin her a couple things we (shy girl and I) had in common. at this point I had already sent the text with my name in it. the shy girl then looked at her phone looked at me and asked "are you ghent?" i said yea, she smiled said alright and then rushed back to work as if embarrased lol. Counter girl then said she was being shy. So I instilled a little mystery in the friend (counter girl) so she could tell shy girl, then I left.

so now its like 10 hours later, she hasnt responded to that text I sent her at the restaurant. My question is, do I text her again? or wait until she texts me?

I feel i should wait til she texts me, because i feel like it will happen. I just want some opinions on this fellow gentlemen.

You know why she hasn't replied yet?

She's being all cute and shy and adorably anxious because she's trying to craft the perfect reply.

She's consulting all of her girl friends on what to say.

And now she realizes that she's too late in replying and she's freaking out even more. She might be having a panic attack or some shit.

How about you try calling instead?
