I do pretty much day game only and am at a point where I can get a reasonable number of non-flaking girls actually turn up to dates. It's pretty random and way far from where I'd like it to be but I am working on that as well.

However where I do even worse is actually ending up taking the girl to my/her place after the date. The circumstances vary but I might take a girl out for drinks several hours to 2 or 3 days after either 10 minutes of initial contact (quite rare as numbers gotten that way are the flakiest) or more - maybe half an hour to an hour, having some coffee, walking around and stuff.

So on the date we talk and I do escalate, but carefully, as I have found that escalating too fast too quick doesn't work well either. So by about one and a half hour point we will be sitting pretty close together and I will have touched her quite a lot on non-risky areas (meaning touching legs, me touching her hands freely, etc.). As far as going any further in the bar, I might play with her hair and lightly touch her on the face, and maybe lightly peck her lips, but nothing drastic as full-on kissing has never developed for me while indoors. When we leave and walk (most of the time she doesn't ask straight away where we are going) I will stop her at some point and lean in slowly for the kiss which so far by 3rd attempt 100% of the girls has responded to by kissing with passion.

But that's where it ends usually, I don't really manage to convince them to go to my place to have some more wine, see photos from my travels, watch a movie or whatever. So what am I missing? I think I might get away with escalating a little bit faster on average but not by much. I guess my escalation ladder isn't particularly smooth? Are there any materials that would particularly help in this context? Quite I often it feels like I am quite close but don't know the best technique to progress further...

Sell the house date bro.

Be like we'll prepare some doritos with molten chedar, and watch a movie at the couch under some nice warm covers and get a bottle of wine to drink after

OK, will try that, though normally the house date I wouldn't do as a first full date because it puts too much pressure on the girl - for second date it works fine, but pushing it through as a first date sounds it will increase the flake rate quite a lot from the set of girls that wouldn't otherwise flake?

yeah its better as a second date.
