It's possible she sees all the textchat as low value. If using text for anything other than meeting up, use it to drop in and tell her the exciting stuff you're up to. But basically just use it as a tool for meeting up. I think she thinks you're there and you'll always be there and there's no risk of losing you so she takes it for granted. She's busy. Be busy too.
