Went downtown with me and my wing as soon as we walked on the club street we met two girls HB 8 and hb7 I took the HB 8 and was kissing her on the street within 5 mins they invited us back to there hotel they left and we told them we meet up with them after we saw some friends at the club. Me and my wing went bought a bottle and went to the hotel where the girls were happy to see us we hung out with them drinking having fun and laughing but we never got to fuck and escalate it to something sexual I was laying in the bed with one girl and my wing sitting on the chair we ended up just talking and leaving the hotel ,I have no idea what happened and why we didn't fuck them that night they were from new York and also leaving the next night

Did you make a move??? If she never said "No".... then you didnt take enough action. If She didn't say "NO" multiple times you gave up too quick.
