so i was at my school cafe eating i sat down, then shortly after this very good looking girl sat down and said "hi" i then said "you scared me" she said "oh sorry"

I kept eating then said "do you and i know one another do we have a class together"

she then went and said the same thing "she said i dont know you look familiar too"

(by the way i have never seen this girl in my life)

she sat and talked with me for an hour, we had alot in common it seemed i then number closed got her number and we were walking opposite ways, I texted her the next day to meet for coffee and this is what happened

Me: hey melissa...
Her: hey how are you..
me: great, hows your day goin
her: so excited to see natalie tonight!!
me: thats awesome, lets grab coffee later
her:lol omg that was the wrong text
her: my day is going good thanks!! i hope yours is as well... i actually get coffee later actually because im going to philly
me: lol your confusing me
her:lol sorry the natalie text was not suppose to go to you
me: i get that part, lets grab coffee
her: i cant im going to philly
her:maybe ill see you next week on campus
me:sounds good

the following night around 10pm she texted me

her: (she texted me this link to her personal profile online, about the place she works and teaches yoga at)
me: oh thats awesome my best friends girlfriend was actually looking to take classes there

its been 2 days since i texted her, this is the last week of school but she spends her summers in the area, i do want to follow up I am just not sure where to go from this point, chances of me running into her on campus again might not be huge, but i have her number sooo... any advice would be sweet!

Keep trying without being needy. I guess nothing will happen, sorry.

For the next time:

1.:
If you are talking for 1h and building up a connection, than date-close!
If you can agree on a date right there, in the moment!

The problem with texting is, that you have no control! You don't know where she is, with whom she is, how she is, etc. That messes up your game. Make a date in the moment you are in control.

2.:
Don't be just a needy nice guy. She messes up texting and you say "awesome" and ask her out anyway.
She sends you a link to her Yoga classes and you basically just say "awesome" again....seriously?

Remember your situation and learn from it.

i said to her when we talked "lets get together sometime" she seemed all about the idea then gave me her number, i was thinking of waiting a week after school is out to get ahold of her again through text, but maybe that is too long of a wait, is there anyway to go about this without throwing it away

and she is a bit of a ditz, idk if that helps or not...
