Hi any experience with latin chicks living in south america?

I have dated this hot babe 9.5 and had a perfect date. in the middle I got her to virtually ask for the kiss and she grabbed me and kissed me the whole night, telling me that she could not believe it and she normally would not do such a thing.

She was a lot more into it than I was, since she is a rebound chick for me. Suddenly she had to go, giving me a good bye kiss and I missed the opportunity to arrange a second date. I approached the topic confidently and calm that I would like to leave with her, but she decliend.

I called her on the third day afterwards to arrange a date, which she insisted on confirming - she never did.

So I wrote an E-mail apologising that I could not since I was being busy and I forgot my phone at a friends place, so we could not communicate. I did in the end go to the bar (a very good friend asked me to hange out), so I called her just in case she would show up that I was going in the end; she told me she might come - and didn't.

Today I sent her an text, stating that something reminded me of the date and a profound conversation we had, she never wrote back - as expected, she generally ignores text messages, I just wanted to stay on her mind. On her twitter account however she stated that if you youse tools, use them for everday things, and not for something special - which I think she meant that just hates receiving text messages in these matters.

Now I don't know if I should ask her out for this weekend again, or wait until next week. Normally I would just opt for next week, but I am living in a culture where things might be differently.

I generally have the impression that girls here expect the guy to run after them and have had girls acting very weirdly (virtually getting angry at me) when I was not doing this.

I followd my guts and called her the same day. I had a nice conversation and a nice date yesterday. She is ready.

I think I had failed to build proper rapport previousely on the phone. I have the impression that latin girls attach them emotionally faster than I'm used to. They do expect more emotional commitment faster, by not doing so you are sending them IODs which drives them nuts.

The mixture between just acting normal and acting passionate is all you have to do. Also in the country where I live (Ecuador) women are not used to do much except going to cinemas and dancing. When a girl goes with you to a bar you know you have already won. An activity like going somewhere nice (outside) seing the stars, skyline etc. and sipping a glass of wine will be something that they have never experienced.
And yeah, they are very jealous they will try to cut off any activity/conversation you have with another women, you have to set this straight right from the beginning.
