Hey, need some advice. I went out Friday night, and had what I felt was some pretty good game. I got this girl that everybody else was trying to dance with to dance with me... and she didn't dance with anybody else except a female friend all night. She was all over me, hard enough that she dyed the front of my jeans pink from her red dress .

I managed to escalate to some pretty heavy petting, but wasn't able to kiss close before the club closed. Outside I was trying to get her to come to an after party with me, however her friend was physically dragging her off. I managed to number close, but either she gave me a wrong number or I took it down wrong because I was drunk and she was hard to hear. She seemed genuinely interested, and really didn't want to leave with her friend (tried to come back but got dragged off).

I found out where she works, and was wondering if it was a good idea to go there to see if I can try for a day 2. I was thinking along the lines of "looking for a birthday gift" as she works in a women's clothing store.

Any advice, or just drop it and move to the next one?

If she works in a public place, (like a store or library or something), just do it. And don't even mention it (only mention the number was no good). So don't say stuff like: "oh this is such a coincidence, we are ment to be togehter" And don't excuse yourself: "yeah sorry, you probably think I stalk you or something haha :-s".

Just go there, act surprised and tell her the number was no good. Numberclose her again, and if you feel really confident about this, tell her you want her number again because you want tot meet up in a few days.
